Pengembangan Modul Peningkatan Literasi AI dengan Growth Mindset pada Pelajar

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) yang pesat menuntut pelajar untuk memiliki literasi AI yang memadai agar mampu memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut secara efektif, kritis, dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa Growth Mindset, yaitu keyakinan bahwa kemampuan dapat dikembangkan melalui usaha, berkorelasi positif signifikan dengan literasi AI (r = 0,502; p < 0,01), khususnya pada dimensi berpikir kritis. Namun, belum tersedia modul pembelajaran terstruktur yang secara khusus mengintegrasikan penguatan Growth Mindset dengan pengembangan literasi AI bagi pelajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul peningkatan literasi AI berbasis Growth Mindset serta menganalisis kelayakan dan efektivitasnya. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Data dikumpulkan melalui validasi expert judgement. Validasi expert judgement menunjukkan modul layak digunakan dengan skor rata-rata 4,4 dari skala 5. Efektivitas modul didukung oleh tiga faktor utama: struktur sesi yang progresif dan kumulatif, praktik terpandu yang membangun efikasi diri melalui pengalaman keberhasilan langsung, serta integrasi penguatan etika dalam penggunaan AI. Modul peningkatan literasi AI berbasis Growth Mindset ini berpotensi menjadi intervensi psikoedukatif yang efektif untuk mempersiapkan pelajar menghadapi era kecerdasan buatan secara adaptif dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology necessitates that students possess adequate AI literacy to utilize the technology effectively, critically, and responsibly. Previous research indicates that a growth mindset—the belief that abilities can be developed through effort—is significantly and positively correlated with AI literacy (r = 0.502; p < 0.01), particularly regarding the dimension of critical thinking. However, there is currently no structured learning module that specifically integrates the reinforcement of a growth mindset with the development of AI literacy for students. This study aims to develop a growth mindset-based AI literacy enhancement module and to analyze its feasibility and effectiveness. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model. Data were collected through expert judgment validation. The expert judgment validation indicated that the module was suitable for use, achieving an average score of 4.4 on a 5-point scale. The module's effectiveness is supported by three key factors: a progressive and cumulative session structure, guided practice that builds self-efficacy through direct successful experiences, and the integration of ethical reinforcement regarding AI usage. This growth mindset-based AI literacy enhancement module has the potential to serve as an effective psychoeducational intervention to prepare students to navigate the era of artificial intelligence adaptively and responsibly.
